Terms for Yeewo consultation and coordination services

These terms describe the boundaries of Yeewo's information, referral, appointment and travel-coordination services. A signed service agreement, if used, controls where it differs from this page.

Prepared September 2, 2026 · v2026-09-02

Service scope

Yeewo helps clients organize information, identify possible care directions, communicate with independently operated providers, coordinate appointments and prepare travel logistics. Yeewo does not operate a hospital or clinic and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency care.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, review translations and appointment details, disclose relevant risks directly to the treating clinician, and obtain passports, visas, insurance and travel documents. Do not submit another person's records without lawful authority.

Independent providers

Hospitals, clinics and clinicians make their own eligibility, diagnosis, treatment, pricing and scheduling decisions. A listing, referral or introduction is not an endorsement, warranty or promise that a provider will accept a case.

Prices and payments

Any estimate is informational until confirmed in writing by the responsible provider or supplier. Currency changes, tests, complications, travel changes and clinical decisions can change the final cost. Refund and cancellation terms must be confirmed before payment.

Travel and medical risk

Medical travel can involve health, infection, mobility, language, insurance and return-travel risks. You remain responsible for discussing fitness to travel, alternatives and follow-up with licensed professionals.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for emergencies, unlawful activity, impersonation, abusive communications, malware, or records unrelated to the requested coordination. Yeewo may restrict access to protect clients, staff and systems.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under the current privacy notice and recorded consent. Medical records must use the secure upload workflow, not email, social media or ordinary chat.

Availability and changes

The website and coordination service may be changed, suspended or unavailable. Material terms that affect an active engagement should be communicated before they apply.
