Privacy and medical information
Your information should travel only when your care requires it.
This notice explains how Yeewo Comprehensive Health Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. collects, uses, stores, and shares information when coordinating care for clients in North America seeking medical services in China.

Why we use it
To respond to inquiries, prepare a case, translate and organize records, identify suitable care directions, coordinate appointments and travel support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Where it is stored
Medical-record files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Case metadata, workflow status, consent evidence, and access logs are stored in Yeewo's private NocoBase environment. Encryption, short-lived links, malware scanning, and access controls protect the workflow.
Cross-border processing
Yeewo operates from China and serves North American clients. Information may be processed outside your province or country, including by infrastructure providers and, after you approve case progression, selected medical providers in China. Foreign authorities may have lawful access under their local laws.
Who may receive it
Authorized Yeewo personnel and service providers may access only what they need. A selected hospital, clinic, physician, translator, or travel coordinator receives information only when needed for the agreed service. We do not sell medical information or send medical records through social media.
Retention and deletion
Verified medical records are currently assigned a 365-day retention date. A legal, safety, contractual, or dispute hold may delay deletion. Access logs and incident records may follow a different legally approved schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal stops new optional processing but may not require deletion where retention is legally necessary. We may verify your identity before acting.
Medical limitations
Yeewo provides consultation and coordination, not emergency care or a guaranteed treatment result. Medical decisions remain between you and licensed professionals.
